Are you seeking an activity to engage, educate and entertain your children this summer? No worries. Our church family at Peace Missionary Baptist Church is happy to re-introduce our annual Summer Reading Program for 2019!
Kicking off this June, children ages 5 to 12 can participate in our free program, which is also open to the public. This year’s theme is “Reading with Dr. Seuss” and includes storytelling, writing and other unique learning methods to advance reading comprehension skills. Food will also be served!
The first session of our Summer Reading Program takes place Saturday, June 22 through Saturday, June 29. The second session takes place the following month from Saturday, July 13 through Saturday, July 20.
